The flour, water, eggs and salt are kneaded. A medium hard dough is obtained that does not stick to the hand. Flour is sprinkled on the back and front of the dough and rolled out with a rolling pin. It is cut into a square frame and put into each square from the inner mortar and shaped.
If you want to boil it, throw it into boiling water.
If you want to fry, fry it in hot oil.
