Glutensiz Ada is the branch of Yayla Group which is established with the understanding of social awareness and which produces only gluten-free products, proceeding its activities with the partnership of Dr. Schãr.
It produces various gluten-free products suitable for Turkish taste in an area of 1600 m² with 3 floors in Sultanbeyli, Istanbul. Glutensiz Ada, which also produces frozen products alongside its Snacks and Bread products, is Turkey's first and only company which produces gluten-free frozen foods.
Founded with 100% domestic capital, the company works with 7 years of R&D accumulation and a staff of experts.
Glutensiz Ada's goal is to create a difference in Turkey's special nutrition industry and to provide an affordable, healthy and gluten-free nutrition for everyone.
